It keeps the proposal and reply together.
The agent reads the current proposal or estimate and its message thread. Before I build, you choose the details it may use from those records. If the next move needs you, it stops and brings you the thread.
This is for the good prospect who went quiet after the proposal or estimate went out. I build an AI agentAn AI agent keeps watching and takes routine steps you have tested and approved, while anything needing judgment comes to you. to keep the routine follow-up moving. When the prospect has a question about price or scope, or is ready to talk, the conversation comes back to you.
Most of the setup happens in writing, on your schedule.
Write to me“We're still deciding” was three weeks ago, and nothing has moved since. You spent an evening on the estimate. The follow-up would take two minutes, but it's the part that keeps not happening.
To see who still hasn't answered, you scroll the sent folder. Some proposals get a thoughtful follow-up; others get silence, depending on what else happened that week. A second follow-up starts to feel like pestering, so the good prospect never hears from you again.
This is for warm follow-up after a real proposal or estimate.
Cold outreach and lead generation stay outside this work. The agent follows up only with the prospects you name. It does not find leads or decide who is worth pursuing. You decide the price and scope. You handle any negotiation and the sale itself. Cleaning up your sales records and other kinds of follow-up are separate.
I map what happens after a proposal or estimate is sent. The current document and its message thread stay where they are; I add the promised date and next follow-up around them. You decide when the conversation comes back to you. We agree on the follow-up voice and timing before I build.
I build the agent and tracker, then test it with sample proposals, including the situations that should stop follow-up. With your approval, I send one real message by email and one through the other method while you watch.
After both contact methods work as planned, I give you the agent, tracker, guide, and recording in accounts you control. Then I remove my access.
The agent reads the current proposal or estimate and its message thread. Before I build, you choose the details it may use from those records. If the next move needs you, it stops and brings you the thread.
A reply stops the current follow-up. Each routine reply step starts with your check. After you watch that step work, you can turn it on or off. Depending on the setup, that may mean waiting until the prospect is back, sending your scheduling link, or answering routine questions from information you provided. A booking, decline, or opt-out ends the follow-up. Everything else comes to you.
The agent does not negotiate or make a new promise. Questions about price or scope come to you with the message thread and what changed. So does anything that needs your judgment.
I use access you invite me into, never a shared password. I remove my access when I hand it over. You keep the finished setup and everything needed to run it. There is no required retainer or subscription to me.
The local sample used sixteen records. A revised proposal did not inherit the old follow-up timing; it came back to a person instead.
It was not a live client setup or a client result.
$750 for this setup, paid in two $375 installments.
Founding rate for the first three clients across these services.
Write to meThe price covers one follow-up path after a current proposal or estimate. It uses that document and its message thread. Before you sign, I confirm where replies from email and the other contact method will arrive. Prospects hear from it by email and one other method chosen before work begins. You approve the follow-up voice and timing. You decide which tested steps may run and get a record of what happened. The price also includes the written guide, recorded walkthrough, one round of changes, and 30 days of fixes after handoff.
Reading from another place or connecting another tool is separate work. So is contacting prospects another way or giving the agent a new job. The agent does not find leads or decide who is worth pursuing. Cleaning up old sales records is separate too. You handle pricing, scope, negotiation, and the sale.
$375 is due to begin. The second $375 is due after you approve the plan, before I build. If any part of the setup needs a paid account, I tell you the expected cost before you sign. That cost is separate from the $750, and the account stays yours.
You don't need a CRMA CRM keeps contact details, messages, proposals, and next steps together.. Most common setups work, including a spreadsheet and regular email. Tell me what you use and how else you want to follow up, and I'll confirm the fit before you commit.
Questions about price or scope and anything unclear come to you.
You answer a short set of questions in writing, then review the finished setup and walkthrough. Once it is running, your time goes to prospects who have a real question or are ready to talk. You do not have to check every routine follow-up.
It uses the prospect's contact details, current proposal or estimate, its message thread, and only the details from those records that you choose. It does not search for extra personal information or contact anyone you did not put into the follow-up. Before I connect it, I show you what the agent will read and which outside services will receive that information.
A few lines is enough. I’ll tell you whether this setup fits.
