It takes on the routine work. You make the judgment calls.
Choose a starting pointChoose a $750 founding build if the problem is already clear. If it isn't, the AI Opportunity Audit looks across the business before you decide what to build. Each build starts with one workflow. The rate is for the first three clients across invoice reminders, prospect follow-up, and client feedback.

Work sent for sign-off
It keeps each request tied to the right item and version. When an answer is due, it follows up without treating a reply as approval.
Each build page shows what gets built and what the sample caught.
AI may help in several parts of the business. The harder question is which problem deserves time and money first.
In the AI Opportunity Audit, I look at how work moves through the business and talk with the people doing it. Then I test what the numbers support. You get a sourced, prioritized blueprint.
Founding price: $2,500. The audit ends with a blueprint and readout. Implementation is separate.
Read about the auditMost of this happens in writing. I collect my questions and send them together, so you can answer on your schedule.
The finished agent stays in your business, and the setup and documentation are yours to keep. There is no required retainer or subscription to me.
You show me how the work happens now. I map the visible steps, then ask what you check before moving on and when the usual next step does not apply. You decide what information the agent may use and what it may do. I write down what must come back to you, then you approve the voice and timing.
I start with what your current tools can already do before I add anything new. Where something is missing, I compare other ways to handle the work. I adapt what fits your setup, then build the agent and tracker in accounts you own.
I test routine cases and the points where the agent should stop. If a part looks useful on its own but makes the whole workflow harder, I change or remove it and test again. With your approval, I send one test message through each way the agent will contact people. Every routine action starts in review. After you have watched that exact action work, you can turn it on to run without another check. You can turn it off at any time.
I hand over the working setup with a written guide and recorded walkthrough, then remove my access. For the next 30 days, I fix anything in my setup that stops working.
