The three founding implementation services are governed by the signed Follow-Through Services Founding Client Agreement plus one selected Service Schedule. A paid audit is governed by the signed agreement and scope document that apply to it. Those documents control the work, including scope, fees and payment, ownership, access, deliverables, remedies, and other service terms. This website and its public descriptions do not change them.

This site describes services in plain language. It does not guarantee fit, a fixed delivery time or effort, provider approval or delivery, or a business result. Client-specific facts, prerequisites, and dates belong in those signed service documents.

The Privacy Policy explains what the site collects, which services process inquiry information, how it is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

These site-use terms may be updated. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. A website update cannot change signed service documents.
